Grégoire Andrieux led the McDermott team that advised Chauffeur Privé, the number two French company in the transport car (VTC) market, as German automaker Daimler took majority ownership. Marie-Muriel Barthelet and Claire Barra also advised on corporate law, Lionel Lesur on competition law, Romain Perray on data protection and Myrtille Lapuelle on employment law.
