Chequers Capital Values Alkern at 140-150 M €

Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues and Carole Degonse advised the management of Alkern, a manufacturer of concrete products for the French and Belgian markets, in a 150 million euro LBO transaction by which Chequers Capital became the new majority shareholder.
