David J.D. Dai of MWE China Law Offices was cited as author of an article on the new medical device regulatory regime in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Dai wrote that the regulations demonstrate “new efforts to upgrade and maintain a comprehensive and effective regulatory framework for the medical devices industry in China,” and thus “will affect all market players throughout the medical device lifecycle, from product approval through distribution and use.”
