Ambienta SGR has announced the closing of the closed-end mutual investment mutual fund, reserved for qualified investors, called “Ambienta III”.
Ambienta SGR was assisted by McDermott Will & Emery’s multidisciplinary team, lead by partner Emidio Cacciapuoti, with support from senior associates Giorgio Bobba and Davide Massiglia.
