CMS Gives Healthcare 6 Years to Repay Medicare Overpayments in Final Rule

Tony Maida noted as a positive feature in a new final rule for reporting Medicare overpayments the fact that it did not contain an earlier proposal for a reporting method that was largely paper based, burdensome and not commonly used by healthcare providers.
