Co-Chief of SDNY Civil Frauds Unit Joins McDermott’s New York Office

Rebecca Martin has joined the Firm’s New York office as a litigation partner. Ms. Martin has spent the past 15 years in the US Attorney’s Office in Manhattan with responsibility for civil and health care fraud prosecution. Her focus for McDermott clients will be on internal investigations and False Claims Act matters.
