Overview
Jay Singer joined the corporate tax practice in Washington as a partner, and David Sherwood joined as counsel. Both previously advised on international corporate transactional issues at a boutique tax firm, and Mr. Singer in addition previously practiced at the IRS and at a Big Four accounting firm.
