Overview
Melissa Nott Davis and Thomas Steindler continue as co-counsel representing one of two pharma companies in an ongoing dispute over a lower court ruling which held that the companies are exempt from antitrust claims under the Noerr-Pennington doctrine. The First Circuit is hearing an appeal of that ruling.
