Ankur Gupta said he “couldn’t be more bullish on where the healthcare market is in the utilization of real estate.” Mr. Gupta cited “excitement and support for expansion” of outpatient and retail clinics, and “taking hospital facilities and bringing them to the next level, to state of the art,” as opposed to building an entire hospital from scratch.
