Corporate: McDermott Adds Three Partners from Curtis

Henri Pieyre dè Mandiargues, Carole Degonse and Gregory Andrieux are new partners in McDermott’s Paris office who will enable the firm to strengthen its skills in private equity, by advising funds and management teams in their operations, LBOs, capital investment / development and M&A transactions.
