David Rosenbloom assessed the impact of corporate tax inversions on local jobs and on state tax revenues, saying that for the most part they have little impact. “In some transactions, nothing at all happens except that the firm pays less taxes,” Mr. Rosenbloom noted. “In others, there may be some movement of management.
