Albert Sokol, who has nearly 40 year of experience representing a variety of public and private technology and life sciences companies in cross-border and multinational deals, has joined the Boston office as a corporate and transactional partner. Mr. Sokol said the Firm’s capabilities “will provide a robust full-service platform for my clients.”
