H. Guy Collier will speak at a January 11, 2017 DC Bar Continuing Legal Education Program on the fate of the Affordable Care Act in the Trump Administration. Mr. Collier said the big issue is whether the ACA, “as we know it, stays or goes. If it does go, does it go immediately or does it go with a phased replacement? And what will that replacement look like?”
