Court Rejects ‘Fairy Tale’ Damages Estimate in FCA Case


Emre Ilter was cited as writer of a blog post regarding the Sixth Circuit’s rejection of the government’s damages theory in a recent False Claims Act case, US ex rel. Wall v.
