Overview
Marc Sorini, working with the Brewers Association, discussed Prohibition and the historical reasons why alcohol is regulated the way it is for a meeting of the House and Senate Small Brewers Caucuses. Mr. Sorini also talked about the differences between state and federal laws, as well as the three-tier regulatory system.
