David Hanselman applauded a federal judge’s dismissal of federal and state price-fixing claims against a major dairy cooperative, saying the judge’s “thoughtful rulings on constitutional and antitrust standing, remoteness, and proximate causation will have implications in future indirect purchaser antitrust cases.” Mr. Hanselman and his colleagues Joel Chefitz and Amanda Metts called the court’s opinion “thoroughly reasoned, carefully crafted, and correctly decided.” They were assisted in the case by Karne Newburn, Nithya Mathai and Chelsea Black.
