DB Apparel Acquired by HanesBrands: Cleary, MWE and Kirkland Advise on the Transaction

Jilali Maazouz and Nicolas Lafont of McDermott’s Paris office advised U.S. textile group HanesBrands on competition / social law aspects in its acquisition of the French underwear company DB Apparel from investment fund Sun Capital Partners. Together, the two businesses should form one of the world’s largest lingerie companies.
