Grégoire Andrieux, Diana Hund, Herschel Guez, Lionel Lesur and Louise-Astrid Aberg all advised on the purchase by HLD of a 49% share of Gekko, the group hotel bookings platform, from previous investors. Gekko currently has 5,000 French travel agencies and 300 key accounts and wants to expand internationally.
