Fabio Marino said client Diablo Technologies “looks forward to turning its full attention back to business” after a federal judge lifted an injunction banning sale of its microchips. Jon Dean said the injunction was no longer justified due to a jury decision favoring Diablo in IP litigation, noting that the jury “found no breach … [and] specifically found there was no harm in this case.” Also representing Diablo were Russell Hayman, Natalie Bennett, A. Marisa Chun, Barrington Dyer, Nitin Gambhir, Laura Kieran Kieckhefer, Teri H.P. Nguyen and Tala Toufanian.
