Overview
Alison Nadel, Chris Scheithauer, Kerry Scanlon and Jeremy White again represented Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US in the latest court dismissal (this time by a California federal judge) of plaintiff claims that the company failed to sufficiently accommodate autistic children. The judge held that because a Florida court had earlier dismissed similar claims, the refiling in California was barred by collateral estoppel.
