DOT, Rail Co. Say Fla. County Can’t Block $1.75B Rail Bond

Stephen Ryan, Amandeep Sidhu and Jacob Hollinger have represented Martin County, Florida in a federal lawsuit seeking to block a private rail company from selling $1.75 billion in tax-exempt bonds to fund a Miami-to-Orlando railway. The suit contends that the bonds violate the Administrative Procedure Act, Title 23 of the Internal Revenue Code and the National Environmental Policy Act.
