Overview
Stephen Ryan, Amandeep Sidhu and Jacob Hollinger were noted as ongoing counsel to one of two Florida counties suing to halt federal Department of Transportation approval of tax-exempt funding for a passenger rail project. The counties have asked a federal court for supplemental discovery to determine the full extent of any proposed and potential financial underwriting for the project by the DOT.
