Ankur Goel predicted that the conservative Supreme Court justices who want to use the King v. Burwell case to invalidate the health exchange premium subsidies in as many as 37 states will argue that such a ruling would not necessarily lead to an insurance market death spiral. Mr. Goel co-authored an amicus brief in the case for the American Public Health Association, siding with the government to defend the legality of the subsidies.
