Christian von Sydow, Samuel Wales, Kian Tauser, Jeffrey Ekeberg, Mark Davis, Lionel Lesur, Germar Enders and Matthias Weingut were the McDermott lawyers who advised a venture capital firm and three individuals as majority owners of Medi-Globe on the sale of the German medical device company.
