Andrea Kramer will serve on a speaker panel at the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) annual meeting in September 2017, The panel, presented by IPO’s Women in IP Committee, will address how lawyers and law firms can confront and overcome implicit gender, age and race bias, with a focus on career-sensitive decisions such as hiring, compensation, and promotion.
