McDermott advised seller Ardian and digital marketing target TimeOne as Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, through its ActoMezz team, purchased TimeOne. The McDermott team included Diana Hund, Marie-Muriel Barthelet, Claire Barra, Antoine Vergnat, Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly, Benjamin Briand, Alice Beral and Myrtille Lapuelle.
