Overview
Emmanuelle Trombe has left another global law firm to join McDermott’s Paris office, where she will lead development of a life sciences practice that will complement the Firm’s global activities in this area. Ms. Trombe is experienced in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, particularly for life sciences companies. She also represents venture capital funds and biotechnology companies in matters relating to finance and funding, including IPOs.
