Daniel Foster is representing the Surfrider Foundation pro bono in a lawsuit challenging cross-border pollution under the Clean Water Act. “Because of the USIBWC’s continued inaction on this issue and the resulting impact on local communities, Surfrider has decided to take further action on behalf of its members and supporters in Southern California,” said Foster.
