Evidence Did Not Support Verdict That F5 Network’s Infringement of Radware Patent Was Willful

A. Marisa Chun was mentioned among the McDermott lawyers who secured an injunction for technology company Radware against a competitor which a jury held to have infringed Radware’s patents. The court, while rejecting willful infringement, found that injunctive relief was warranted because Radware submitted evidence after trial that the competitor was still shipping infringing units to customers overseas.
