Mark Pearlstein and Matthew Knowles secured a Boston federal court judgment of eight months’ probation for a drug company sales manager accused of fraud. Mr. Pearlstein pointed out to the court his client’s good works, including cooperation with the government’s case, which he said “from a policy point of view [was] an important case for the government to try to bring.” Mr. Pearlstein concluded that his client was “gratified that the Court sentenced him to a term of probation. He looks forward to moving on with his life.”
