Arthur Rosen predicted that, although state frustration with the remote sales tax issue “has been brewing — at times almost boiling over — for an extremely long time,” there is “little likelihood of any state sales tax nexus legislation moving in the House of Representatives … As for litigation, it seems highly unlikely that the Supreme Court will agree to hear the State of South Dakota v. Wayfair case out of South Dakota or any of the similar cases.”
