Fed. Circ. Lets Sanofi, Regeneron Sell Drug In Patent Appeal

William Gaede, Eric Hagen, Terry Ahearn, Bhanu Sadasivan, Shane Smith, Sarah Columbia, Katherine Nicole Clouse and Lauren Martin continue as co-counsel for Amgen, as the Federal Circuit stayed an injunction against the sale of an anti-cholesterol drug found at trial to have infringed Amgen patents, pending appeals of both the trial verdict and the injunction.
