Charles McMahon, Michael Nadel, Jay Reiziss, Natalie Bennett and Brian Jones represented a telecommunications company before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which vacated a lower court ruling that the case should stay in the Eastern District of Texas. This significant decision “provides uniformity for venue disputes in all future U.S. patent cases and will assist companies sued in an improper venue to protect their rights,” Mr. McMahon said.
