McDermott co-sponsored Feeding South Florida™’s first Ultimate Hunger Champion Awards Gala, held April 26 at Conrad Miami and attended by executives, sports celebrities and other supporters of ending hunger. Feeding South Florida aims to end hunger in the region by providing immediate access to nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts and transforming lives through innovative programming and education.
