McDermott’s intellectual property litigation trial team, which obtained a Delaware Federal court’s permanent injunction for Amgen against the sale of an infringing cholesterol-fighting drug, will work with outside lawyers as the Federal Circuit hears an appeal of the injunction by the drug companies found by a federal jury to have infringed Amgen’s patents.
