First Female Leader for McDermott in D.C.

Carolyn Gleason will become the first female lawyer to be partner-in-Charge of McDermott’s Washington office as of July 1. In addition to heading the Firm’s Regulatory and International Trade Practice, Ms. Gleason founded a support group for female lawyers at the firm called the Washington Women’s Initiative, which she said has been effective in dealing with gender-related promotion and compensation issues.
