Henri Pieyre Mandiargues, Laura Morelli, Aymeric Discours, Marie-Muriel Barthelet, Nisrin Abelin and Ludovic Bergès were the Paris office lawyers advising the Christian Liaigre Group, a French luxury interior decoration firm, on corporate, litigation, IP and employment issues as the company was sold by an investment fund to a consortium led by the Singapore fund Symphony International Holdings Limited.
