Florida Urged to Address Like-Kind Exchanges, GILTI

Kathleen Quinn said recent guidelines from the Internal Revenue Service show that GILTI will be treated like dividends at the federal level, and urged Florida to adopt the same treatment and exclude GILTI from the tax base.
