Marc Sorini was selected Law360 “Food and Beverage MVP” for having guided some of the biggest deals of the year in the beverage industry, including the largest ever in the world of craft brewing — Duvel Moortgat Brewery’s acquisition of Boulevard Brewing Co. In that transaction Mr. Sorini led a multidisciplinary McDermott team which, as he said, “made that deal happen.” He also secured major regulatory relief for the craft beer industry, something Mr. Sorini called “not one of those big trophy, multimillion dollar deals, but it’s one that makes me feel good.”
