Overview
Michael Nadel, as counsel for Dalmatia Import Group in its jury verdict of infringement against a group of food companies, said the companies have routinely rejected accountability for their misconduct in the case, shown by their opposition to the verdict and to a motion for triple damages under the Defend Trade Secrets Act. Also representing Dalmatia are Jennifer Routh, John Dabney, Mary Hallerman and Natalie Bennett.
