Chris Nemeth and Dan Campbell conducted workshops for Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association members on the increase in class action lawsuits against the food industry. Mr. Nemeth cited cases involving “natural” and “non-GMO” food labeling, health claims for food, and disputes over the packaging volume and nominal ingredients in processed foods.
