Overview
James Moran arrived in Uzbekistan as an international observer for the elections of the President of Uzbekistan. In addition to his oversight role (in which he visited a number of polling places), Mr. Moran met with the country’s Foreign Minister to discuss issues of Uzbek-American cooperation.
