Clint Carpenter, H. Guy Collier, Ankur Goel, Cathy Scheineson and Lauren D’Agostino submitted to the Fourth Circuit an amicus brief for public health deans, chairs and faculty supporting the provision of federal subsidies individuals who purchase health insurance through the federal exchanges. The Fourth Circuit, in David King et al. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell et al., ruled in favor of the brief’s position.
