Overview
Sabine Konrad co-organized and was a cross-examination instructor at the seventh Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot, for which 40 teams from 15 countries registered and which was won by teams from France and the U.S. McDermott’s Frankfurt office hosted the cross-examination course, at which Lisa Richman was also an instructor and Joseph Marx appeared as a witness.
