FTC Reaches Settlement With Cephalon for Pay to Delay Deals

Jeffrey Brennan said the FTC’s unanimous vote on a $1.2 billion settlement of pay-for-delay antitrust allegations against a drugmaker shows continued bipartisan support among commissioners for the FTC’s position on pursuing patent settlement agreements that have reverse payment features.
