Sabine Konrad, who with Arne Fuchs is helping organize this year’s Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot attended by 80 teams from 30-plus countries, said “a core feature of the moot is that all our arbitrators have been in at least one treaty arbitration, whether as arbitrator, counsel or in any other role. This ensures that the students have a realistic experience.” Ms. Konrad, who founded the Moot, added she would welcome more colleagues volunteering.
