Eliot Burrissfiled a countersuit in a Texas court on behalf of Glenn Beck and his network The Blaze. The countersuit seeks damages from and a temporary restraining order against a commentator the network contends is suspended but still employed. The commentator had sued earlier, alleging she had been fired by the network.
