Gender Pay Reporting Could Spotlight Gap Among Advisers

Paul McGrath said he did not think reporting the comparative pay figures required by the new UK Gender Pay Gap regime would necessarily demonstrate a significant gender pay gap among adviser and financial services firms. But he suggested that employers provide more information to explain any apparent pay gap and to cover steps already taken to redress historic imbalances.
