Overview
German HeidelbergCement and three of its French and Italian subsidiaries have initiated ICSID arbitration proceedings against Egypt. In the arbitration, the claimants are represented by McDermott Will & Emery in Frankfurt, as well as Shahid Law Firm in Cairo.
