Arne Fuchs has been named a Frankfurt office partner, marking the fastest promotion from associate to partner in the history of the Firm’s arbitration group. As a commercial and investment arbitration lawyer, Mr. Fuchs joined Sabine Konrad (who called him “an exceptional lawyer”) in defending Germany against Swedish nuclear investor Vattenfall’s ICSID claim for Germany’s phase-out of nuclear energy following the Fukushima disaster in Japan.
